Delta Vision 2035 is presented by the Deacon Chris Iyovwaye campaign as its flagship policy agenda for Delta State.
The framework is organised around eleven policy pillars, with each pillar setting out a current challenge, a proposed solution, an implementation framework, a timeline and an expected impact.
